At Game 3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is entirely risk-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Game 3 account and select the items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include your printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
